Getting Started
After you download Wrike’s app from iTunes, tap Wrike’s green icon 1 on your tablet to run the app. If this is your first time logging in, enter the email 2 and password 3 for your Wrike account and tap "Sign in". Wrikes application remembers your account details, so the next login will take only a second.
When you login to the application for the first time, the initial synchronization will be performed. This may take up to a minute to complete and will be done only once.

| How to navigate through the dashboardThe dashboard on Wrike’s iPad app allows you to clearly see tasks assigned to you and tasks created by you. If you are using your iPad in the portrait orientation, tap the "Navigation" 1 button to access the application’s navigation, or simply rotate your iPad sideways to the landscape orientation and the navigation will automatically appear in the left side of your screen. Tap on the appropriate buttons to access the "My Tasks" 2 and "Tasks by me" 3 tabs. The numbers next to those buttons show the amount of overdue tasks assigned to you. |
In each of the tabs, you can browse through 5 groups of task- "Overdue" 1 , "Today" 2 , "This week" 3 , "Completed" 4 and "Backlogged" 5 . Tapping on the group gives you access to the task list.

How to edit several tasks in a list simultaneously:
Wrike’s iPad application saves you time and helps you stay on top of your schedule. It allows you to apply changes to several tasks simultaneously! The mass editing feature is available for you on the dashboard and in your favorite folders!
Simply tap the "Edit" 1 button to switch to the task list editing mode and then tap the check boxes 2 near the tasks that you want to update.
In the "Overdue" and "Today" task lists, you can complete and reschedule several tasks at the same time. In the "This week" task list, you can complete tasks. In the "Completed" task list, you can activate several tasks at the same time. In the "Backlogged" list, you can schedule tasks for today all together. You also can mark as many tasks as you want as completed in any of your favorite folders.


How to create a new task:
To create a new task in Wrike’s iPad app, tap the "Create task" button 1 , enter the desired name for the task and tap "Done" 2 . You then will be redirected to the "View task" window, where you can edit the task details.


How to view and edit task details:
With Wrike’s iPad application, you can easily view and update your schedule on the go. Wrike’s iPad app lets you not only view lists of tasks, but also view and edit the task details.
Tap on the task to view its details, including the people to whom the task is assigned, the task description, attachments (view only), comments, type of task, start date, due date and duration, task priority, and folders in which the task is located.

If you need to modify any of the task’s attributes, simply tap it and update the information. You also can mark the task as completed or delete it. When you are finished modifying a task detail, tap "Done" 1 to save the changes or "Cancel" 2 to discard them.
Note that all the changes done to the task will only be applied if you exit the "View Task" window by tapping "Done" 3 . If you tap "Cancel" 4 to exit the "View Task" window, than all the changes made to the task will be discarded.

How to access your folders and customize favorite folders:
Wrike’s iPad application lets you quickly access to the most important folders, thanks to the "Favorites" feature.
If you are using your iPad in the portrait orientation, tap the "Navigation" 1 button to access the application’s navigation, where you can find the "Favorites" tab 2 . Alternatively, simply rotate your iPad sideways to the landscape orientation, and then the navigation will be automatically moved to the left side of your screen.
| In the "Favorites" tab, tap on the folder to access the tasks located inside. The list of tasks you will see includes all tasks from the subfolders that are located within the chosen folder. It is similar to the "Show descendant tasks" box in Wrike’s Web interface. |
To add a folder to your "Favorites", tap "Add" 1 and then tap the folder you would like to add.
If you want to remove a folder from your favorites, tap "Edit" 2 and then tap the symbol 3 that will appear to the left of the folder’s name, and finally tap the "delete" button 4 .

How to search for an existing task:
You can easily find a specific task in your Wrike account from your iPad. To do that, tap the "Search" button 1 and start typing the name of the task you are looking for. The application will shorten the list of tasks for you. Tap on the task in the list to access its details.
